Some people require more feedback than others, so don’t be shy about asking for it

Feedback can lead to an increase in confidence and potential promotions.
Feedback is essential in the workplace because it allows individuals to receive a positive or negative comment about their work performance. For example, many companies provide yearly performance reviews or even monthly depending on the place. This allows a manager to express any concerns or praises they are willing to tell their employees. It opens an opportunity of dialogue in which the employee is allowed to take it, whether positively or negatively. The idea of feedback is to enhance work performance and it is up to the individual to take action upon it.
